Metierre Disability Services is a Registered NDIS Provider operating in Western Sydney that was established in 2018, by the Owner/Director Christopher Metierre.
The Weeping Willow tree, on the logo, has always been his favourite due to its vibrant green colour accompanied with a phenomenal stable base.
The way its leaves bow in such a calm and relaxing manner, even if the wind may try to whisk it away, represents how he sees and approaches the Disability/Mental Health industry...with strength, structure, resilience, balance & harmony.
He started this company to fulfil the immense need of supporting clients in a one-on-one setting. He recognised this great demand throughout his 20 year career with various Disability, Mental Health and Employment Service Providers. To be able to provide this personalised service has fulfilled his purpose of helping and supporting people.
With his growing team of qualified and skilled workers, their intention is to provide a level of support that is personalised, of high quality, and beneficial...but more importantly, family members can feel relaxed and comfortable knowing their in safe hands.
Christopher’s Business Journey
2018 – Started as a Sole Trader with purpose
2019 – Changed to a Company structure and employed casual staff
2020 – Covid-19 allowed the company to provide essential services and continue operating
2021 – Became an NDIS registered provider
2023 – Opened our first Respite House in Hebersham NSW, 2770
2024 – Started our 1:1 Group Day Program
